Euneirophrenia is a pleasant, happy state of mind one has after a good dream. Euneirophrenia’s antonym is malneirophrenia and it’s origins are from Ancient Greek, eu (good), oneiro (dream), phrenia (state of mind). Euneirophrenia is a euphoric, contented state of mind that one feels after a great night of sleep and pleasurable dreams. To feel euneirophrenia is to feel a deep serenity and a refreshing peace of mind as one awakens from a delectable night of rest. Euneirophrenia is almost always the ideal goal of a good night’s sleep and it’s truly the best way to wake-up!

Euneirophrenia is such a beautiful, joyful state of mind and it’s one that I like to aim for each morning when I arise! And yes, this was a two word week of Word Nerd simply because I didn’t want to leave you all with only malneirophrenia !
