Epiphany is sudden revelation, usually a veritable”Ah-Ha” moment. Epiphany is also a Christian festival commemorating the visit of the three kings to the baby Jesus. It’s one of the Christmas holidays, and one that I was well aware of in my childhood. That said, I’ve almost always associated the term epiphany with it’s literary usage of a sudden understanding, or dawning of an idea. To have an epiphany is to experience a vivid moment of perfect, eye and mind opening clarity (frankincense and myrrh not necessarily required, tee-hee).
Clara’s epiphany about her love for Roger struck her with an unexpected, almost shocking wave of emotion.
Epiphany is a beautiful sounding word and usually a useful sort of experience, don’t you think?

I want to hear more about Clara and Roger, quite frankincensely. 😉
Oh, the stories I could tell…
