I’m Proud to be an Intellectual Badass

*This is my new version of this – I have made it much more my own, sans Polyvore*

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I am a Nerd, or as I like to think of it, an Intellectual Badass. I love books and would rather be left consuming a hefty tome than out at a club (well, most of the time anyway). Words make me giddy, logophile that I am (I was correcting my mother’s grammar at the tender age of two). History strikes a mighty passion that draws me in like a moth to a flame and I tend to talk about and refer to historical figures like old friends. Star Trek and Star Wars have been part of my lexicon since before I can remember and I long to attend a Comic-con someday. I am a maker, a doer, a crafter and creator – I see something and can think of a million different uses and ideas for it. The best part of all – I am proud of it and I own it as much as I own every last bit of me.
