When hearing the word limpid, most would think of some damsel, who’s temperament is sweeter then marzipan and who is most likely rather boring in her dulcet complicity. Or perhaps one thinks of a rare, precious person who’s large, limpid eyes express things that cannot be put into words. Both of these examples are fine in their own right, however, I prefer to think of limpid as a sort of character strength, a zen quality that many a soul can have, though it can be fleeting in this helter-skelter world of ours.
