Embrocation, what a lovely sounding word, no? I can think of few things more soothing or heavenly than massaging my skin with a soothing, and often times delectably scented, lotion. While I use lotions year-round, the cooler months make embrocation an even more pleasurable activity since I am moisturizing and comforting my skin and limbering up my rather cold-stiffened limbs.
Embrocation also brings to mind more sensual and luscious thoughts and that always does a soul good, *wink*.
Ah, embrocation is a perfectly quaintrelle kind of word and one that deserves a lot more use!
