The veil between worlds is thinning, darkness is enveloping more of our days and yet, somehow, hope and light remain…

Oh Autumn, the time when the shadow realm is closer now then it is at other times of the year. Ghosts, demons, the undead, the haunted byways, spooky myths and legends all seem more real, more prevalent and chills run down your spine as readily as the leaves crackle down the street with the wind.
Echos of the past seem to whisper into your memory and haunt your dreams as all grows darker, colder, more brittle. As Nature turns inward for it’s seasonal slumber, your soul does as well, seeking all that lays buried within your being.
‘Tis the season of spooks, after all, and at the same time, it’s a season of harvest, of hope, and firelight.
The book “Dracula” is filled with morbid, mysterious danger, and the strange limbo of the undead. Amidst the horrors, however, there is also a certain light, a sense of calm amidst the foreboding.
Yes, “Dracula” may be quite the Gothic novel, but there is still a certain hope within the love of humanity. “There are darkness in life and there are lights, and you are one of the light, the light of all lights.” ~ I mean, this line alone reads so beautifully, shining out from the torments held with the pages.
Remember this and shine your own light outward in this season and all seasons. You can light up the world with your own actions, hope and love!
