When ones hears the word romance thoughts of love, courting, swoon-worthy encounters and the fantastical like are the overwhelming majority, yet romance extends far beyond what Hallmark, Rom-Coms, and Romance Novels would have us believe.
Just like love has limitless possibilities, so too does romance.
Romance most certainly is an ardent emotional (and often physical) attachment between people, but it can also be the beauty and love you show to yourself. Romance can exist in the sweet, mundane, everyday sorts of things you do for yourself and for others. You can romance your life, and as most quaintrelles would tell you, that doing so is amazing.
Adding everyday romance by getting fresh flowers, spritzing on your favorite fragrance, wearing things you adore and feel wonderful in, enjoying coffee or tea from a beloved cup, singing aloud to your favorite songs, etc, makes your life feel special, divine, and makes each day have a bit more sparkle to it.
Romance your life and turn that everyday dust into your own, golden, glorious haze. You are worth it!
