Certainly Anne was on to something, since it really is so very much easier to act on ones goodness if one feels good. For some this may mean feeling stylish, for others it means a good hair day, others still it means feeling fit, or healthy. The list of what constitutes “feeling good” is endless. To feel good means to be good, which in turn means to do good which helps one to feel good – it’s quite the positive cycle and it’s one that can start with something as simple as feeling good in the cloths you are wearing!
