Dancing Girl Press Delights

DancingGirlPressBooks

A few weeks back I was lucky enough to win a bundle pack of the latest books from Dancing Girl Press. It was a happy day, indeed, when the sweet bundle arrived in the mail and out tumbled these darling editions just perfect for relaxing Summer afternoon reading.

The titles specifically are My Moustache by Quinn White, The Marilyn Letters by Caylin Capra-Thomas, Girl Erases Girl by Alexis Pope, 25 little red poems by Angela Veronica Wong and Sisterhouse sorority poems by Laura Mei Roghaar. Besides being thrilled at winning something (free is kinda awesome and winning even better, tee-hee) I am thrilled at this new influx of poetry. I have long been a huge fan of publishing places like Dancing Girl Press, though I am often overwhelmed at all of the terrific choices that are offered and never know just what to pick. This bundle is providing me with all sorts of new, luscious lines and on my own, I might never have even decided upon these particular titles!  Now I am hungry for even more and I have a feeling that I will be perusing for even more titles before long. One more great thing about these darling books is their wonderful versatility and ability to slip into almost any bag I own for on-the-go poetry moments.

As you can see, I am more then ready for a lazy afternoon of reading, writing down my thoughts in a handy notebook and keeping myself comfortable with a super light and soft scarf and a yummy lip balm!  I recommend a visit to Dancing Girl Press and then a bit of Summer relaxation to make this a very whimsical Monday!

*Oh, and I’m not affiliated in any way with Dancing Girl Press, I just think they are really, really swell and wanted to share the love!
