Love is the purest essence of life, of living. To truly live is to love. To share, inspire, and create love is the human experience. Love is reason we keep going, the reason we survive and thrive. Love is what is left when everything else is gone. Love is what allows us to heal, to lift our heads again and again, to move ever onward. Love – four little letters, one simple word, yet love is complex, more layered and nuanced than one mere lifetime could ever discover. Love is divine. With this in mind I give you this simple mantra and meditation. Stop for a moment, read these words and let love wash over you…

Love fills my heart, my soul, my spirit. With each breath love caresses my body, with each heartbeat it pulses through my veins. I feel it opening in my core, blossoming and bursting forth, enveloping me with an effervescent warmth and joy. Love infuses my very being. I am love and love is me. I allow love to fill my body and soul. Today I am love.
