Nature is a mirror that reflects our lives in a cyclical and rhythmic pattern, through each phase of the moon, each turn of the seasons, each passing of the days.
There is a consistent, soothing, transformative order that mimics our own lives (or perhaps it is we who mimic nature). When you feel lost or discombobulated you only have to look to nature to find a grounding peace and center to focus on.
Nature soothes and reminds us that we do have a rhythm and flow to our lives, even when it feels like chaos. Nature has it’s storms and it’s own chaos and yet it always keeps going, keeps renewing and keeps growing even in the most devastating of circumstances.
This beautiful quote seems so fitting for the start of Spring, a time of renewal and transformations as the Earth begins to blossom and bloom (at least here in the Northern Hemisphere). It’s a reminder that every Winter, every bleak, seemingly dead time comes to an end and life reemerges, filled with hope and promise and the chance to start anew.
Look into the mirror Nature holds up for you and remember to breathe and welcome the ongoing process of life.
