“What you think about activates a vibration within you. What’s your frequency?”~ Universal Wisdom
What a powerful and amazing thing, knowing that what you think about activates a vibration within you. You have the ability to discover, create, and guide your own vibration energy frequency. By thinking positive, uplifting, empowering thoughts your vibrational frequency is raised. Conversely, if you think negative, discouraging thoughts your vibrational frequency is lowered, and can even sit stagnate. Naturally, you want a high frequency, one that makes you feel on-top of the world, filled with love, light, and life – I mean, who doesn’t want that?! The thing is, life can be awful and tough and sometimes it’s enough to make you want to just give up, give in to the seemingly flat-lined energy frequency that sucks your soul life away and that is absolutely the worst. It’s a dark, scary, hurting place, sometimes angry, other times sad, and other times a blank sort of dull nothing. It doesn’t have to be, though, and it certainly doesn’t have to be the norm, not by any means. By training and refocusing your thoughts, and how you focus your thinking, you can adjust your frequency to a higher vibration. You can do this by seeking out help (professional if need be – there is nothing to be ashamed of in the least because you are being positively proactive by healing!), talking, writing in a journal, etc. By taking note and recognizing when you are thinking negatively, you will be able to stop and turn the thoughts around to positive ones. The more you do this, the higher your vibrations, and the better you and your life will feel, and even the negative, bothersome things won’t seem so awful, because you’ll have the ability to see the good through the bad and know that there is always a reason, a purpose, and a reason to think positively. So, what’s your frequency?
