Are you feeling tired, cross, stressed-out, burned-out, tired, foggy-headed, grumpy? Then have I got a trick for you and I only need your attention for a minute. Yes, that’s right, just a minute. Still with me? Okay then, I want you to stop what you are doing, sit up (good enough posture will do just fine), place one hand on your belly, the other on your chest and then I want you to Inhale, Exhale, and Repeat. There now, doesn’t that feel awesomely good?I mean, we all breathe all the time, in and out – it’s what keeps us alive. However, how often do you pay attention to your breath as you inhale, really filling your lungs and letting your diaphragm work as properly as it should? Then as you exhale, do the same? It’s an amazing and utterly miraculous thing, breathing and taking a minute to pay attention to your breath can totally reset your head-space, mind and day.
Inhale, Exhale, Repeat. It’s really as simply and basic as that!
