A sensitive soul is one that feels deeply, constantly, and can ache for everything it’s feeling. These feelings do not limit themselves to the sad, the upset, the negative or hurting, they branch out to all feelings. Joy and beauty can have the same effects and can wash over the sensitive soul and make it feel as though it were breaking with the the sensations. To live with a sensitive soul is to be immersed in world where it can feel as though everything is in technicolor, a kaleidoscopic whirl of so many feelings, scents, colors, sounds, all overlapping, mixing and blurring, leaving you unsure of what is yours, what is others, and what was created by the mixing of it all. It’s a blessing, a curse, a truly beautiful gift. It’s when it’s honed, honored, and acknowledged that the sensitive soul can completely blossom and use their gift in an amazing way. Honor your sensitive soul and embrace it’s intricate beauty.
